Iraqi Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC) is a very small-sized (USD 150k) project, time-bound 10 months, yet strategically important climate change project in Iraq funded by GEF. The objective is to build Iraq’s capacity to contribute to the 2015 climate negotiation process towards a legally binding agreement for the post-2020 climate regime.
