Behavioural Insights and Strategic Planning Handbook

The purpose of the Behavioural Insights and Strategic Planning Handbook is to provide a useful toolkit for national planning councils and planning focal points as well as other stakeholders involved in the strategic planning process to apply behavioural insights into their work. Specifically, the Handbook provides tools to identify the behavioural biases that occur during the planning process and practical means to counter them with behavioural interventions. The information about the planning process, its challenges, and the biases therein were collated from meetings and workshops with stakeholders across the Arab region, literature reviews and team analysis.
