Programme National Intégré pour la Décentralisation, le Développement Local et l’Emploi des jeunes (PNIDDLE)

The first part of this report presents an overview of the constraints, the main achievements of decentralization and the problems of implementing the policy of decentralization, local development and employment promotion. The second part of this study is devoted to the presentation of the National Integrated Programme for Decentralization, Local Development and Youth Employment (PNIDDLE), its justification, its purpose and its implementation vision in line with the government's strategic orientations.
