This Memorandum establishes a diagnosis of Morocco's economic and social performance over the last 15 years before envisioning the country in 2040 and analyzing the economic scenarios that would allow the Moroccan economy to draw closer to the countries of Southern Europe. This scenario is based on a sustainable increase in the productivity of the Moroccan economy through a greater accumulation of intangible capital.
