The 2040 manufacturing strategy pursues the following objectives: to diversify Oman’s manufacturing towards technology and knowledge-driven activities, to develop unique products focused on improving people's health and welfare, to expand the industrial sector to regional and new markets, to upgrade Oman’s manufacturing using state-of-the-art technologies, and to create an industrial innovation culture.
