To effectively implement the sustainable development goals (SDGs), the United Arab Emirates adopted a whole-of-government approach that entailed the creation of a National Committee on SDGs. The National Committee facilitates the alignment of the SDGs and information sharing, and supports the implementation of the SDGs in an integrated manner.
