Through a proactive initiative, this new platform aims, on the one hand, to pursue the endeavour of improving the living conditions of citizens and, on the other hand, to build the future by addressing the main causes of backwardness in terms of human development throughout the stages of the individual's life. It emphasizes a real policy of convergence and land planning, and the implementation of innovative and professional programmes.
