Water resources development and management strategy

Achieving water security for Egypt in the present and in the future is the strategic goal until 2050. The 2050 strategy aims to achieve water security for Egypt by achieving sustainable management of water resources. This sustainable management depends on the development and management of limited resources on the one hand, and the management of current and future water needs on the other. This strategy focuses on the need to use the principles of integrated water resources management.
