The National Inclusive Strategy for the Energy Sector (2017-2022)

This strategy provides a framework to develop the energy sector for the period 2017-2022 in line with the new agreements with Israel with regard to transferring the distribution sector to the Palestinian Government. It is also aligned with the Government's plans on exploiting and developing oil and natural gas resources in the State of Palestine and on providing Gaza Strip with natural gas for power production. The strategy is also aligned with laws and legislation related to developing and exploiting renewable energy sources in the State of Palestine.
