This multi-sectoral investment plan reflects a broad approach to climate change adaptation in the coastal zone. It enhances land planning and conservation tools in an approach of coastal adaptation, therefore actively contributing to the development of the country by avoiding, as far as possible, the uncertainties of human issues.
