Kuwait National Adaptation Plan 2019-2030

This report forms part of the country’s endeavours to comply with international environmental agreements. It includes an analysis of baseline and projected scenarios along with their impact on specific sectors in the country, and it captures the national actions needed to adapt to climate change in Kuwait. The objectives of establishing the National Adaptation Plan process in Kuwait are to build capacities and resilience that can reduce vulnerability to climate change and to integrate climate change adaptation into policies, programmes and activities within all relevant sectors.
