The Strategic Plan for the Development of the Industrial Sector aims to build an advanced industrialized society that draws on an industrial added-value and dynamic culture for goods and services. The industrial and dynamic capacity focuses on innovation, development and renewal, drawing on the outstanding Lebanese human capacities and on the developed educational system at secondary schools, universities, research centers and technical institutes. It is also based on providing proper administrative support for developing legislation and regulations, building the necessary public-private partnerships, and promoting the participation of the investment and banking sectors
