National Social Protection Strategy 2019-2025

The National Social Protection Strategy 2019-2025 has been developed to articulate the government’s commitment to Jordanians, to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty, and to provide a “social protection floor” in the context of the Kingdom’s vision for a state of solidarity, production, and justice. The specific actions that comprise the strategy were developed by the Steering Committee, based on a detailed review of existing strategies and analysis of administrative and survey data, and assessment of policy options.
