A study on planning to support and consolidate the knowledge economy in the State of Kuwait

This study aims to outline the general features of a national strategy for the transition towards a knowledge economy in the State of Kuwait by analyzing the current situation in view of the indicators adopted in measuring this type of economy, by making a comparison between the State of Kuwait and its counterparts from the Gulf Cooperation Council countries ; and between each from Finland, Malaysia and Singapore on the other hand.
