The Spatial Strategy is the general framework for guiding urban growth over the next 20 years in order to balance the dimensions of social, economic and environmental development that are spatially reflected in urban development. It is therefore essential to achieve the vision of Oman 2040. It also ensures the competitiveness of cities and their ability to withstand different variables.
