- Secure and control the medication circuit from the Central Pharmacy to the patient.
- Implement tele-radiology solutions and digital archiving of radiological images.
- Digitize medical archives in hospitals to improve management and create national registries for clinical and scientific research.

Development of Tele-services
Objectives:
- Implement tele-appointments, online directories, mCessation, and mHealth services.

Development of Territorial Approaches to E-health
Objectives:
- Support innovative telemedicine projects such as tele-radiology, tele-consultation, and tele-monitoring.
- Provide care for dependent patients and those with chronic diseases.
- Ensure territorial equity in access to quality healthcare and training, minimizing travel from isolated regions.
- Foster technological and organizational innovation in diagnosis, patient file management, medication governance, prevention, and training.
- Promote healthcare and medico-social cooperation among healthcare professionals.
- Achieve financial savings at the healthcare establishment or territorial level.

Modernization of the Health Information System in Tunisia
Objectives:
- Support the reform of the Tunisian health system with an integrated and comprehensive information system.
- Develop a strategy and operational action plan for the modernization of the health information system.
- Establish a network infrastructure capable of interconnecting all health ecosystem actors and ensuring reliable and secure data exchange.
Pillar:
Development of a Medico-economic Information System
Objectives:
- Develop a medico-economic evaluation model of hospital services per clinical stay.
- Implement this model in ten new hospital sites following the consolidation of the pilot experience involving six sites.
Pillar:
Acceleration of the Deployment of the New Generation National Health Network (RNS-NG)
Objectives:
- Complete the deployment of the RNS-NG network to sites covered by the previous contract that could not be connected due to material prerequisites.
- Extend the network to seven new sites (including five district hospitals and seven Primary Health Groupings).
- Increase connection speeds.
- Extend the RNS-NG network to first-line health structures during the 2017-2020 period.
