The "Plan Santé 2025" for Morocco is structured around three main pillars: improving access to healthcare services, strengthening national health programs and disease control, and enhancing governance and resource utilization. The plan includes 25 axes and 125 actions focusing on expanding healthcare infrastructure, addressing human resource shortages, enhancing maternal and child health, combating communicable and non-communicable diseases, and improving health service quality and accessibility. It also emphasizes the importance of digital health initiatives, better financial protection for citizens, and fostering public-private partnerships to achieve universal health coverage and meet the evolving health needs of the population.
