Maintain road, hydraulic, port, maritime, and meteorological infrastructure to ensure durability and operational performance.
Adapt and optimize the use of these infrastructures for the economy through a socially responsible approach.
Develop and coordinate bold, effective solutions at all levels.
Enhance technology management, change management, and innovation to ensure agility and resilience.

Pillar: Water Security and Efficient Utilization

Objectives:

Strengthen planning and accelerate the implementation of national water strategies and programs in consultation with stakeholders.
Ensure water resource mobilization through conventional and non-conventional solutions.
Ensure water security, promote water conservation, and adapt to climate changes for resource preservation.
Identify and better manage risks to act more effectively and adapt to new challenges, finding opportunities for innovation.
Improve collaboration with the ecosystem, relying more on Public-Private and Public-Citizen Partnerships.

Pillar: Quality Infrastructure for Competitive Economy

Objectives:

Develop high-quality road, hydraulic, port, maritime, and meteorological infrastructures to ensure economic emergence.
Play a strategic role in supporting the economy and equitable territorial development.
Provide quality products and services to citizens and businesses for national economic development.
Promote territorial integration through partnerships with local authorities and businesses, in consultation with the population.
Prevent and manage operational, social, financial, and economic risks using innovative and responsible tools.

Objectives:

Preserve and promote expertise based on strong technical skills and mastery of the Ministry's professions.
Position through technological excellence and expertise, gaining recognition from the ecosystem and citizens.
Encourage innovation and strengthen relationships with businesses and educational institutions.
Place citizens and businesses at the heart of actions and analyses, ensuring their participation and ownership of societal responsibility issues.
Ensure social acceptability of activities and secure partner and citizen buy-in.

Implement improvement actions from the self-diagnostic and continually adjust to increasing complexity.
Ensure the development and application of fundamental rules and standards for citizen- and business-oriented quality service.
Adopt new managerial approaches focused on performance in economic, social, and sustainable impacts.
Clarify responsibilities, define processes, and establish systems for traceability, evaluation indicators, and progress tracking.
Establish contracting systems and shared performance and result indicators.
