This strategy aims to turn Dubai into “an international hub for knowledge-based, innovation and sustainable industrial activities” by enhancing industrial coherence and integration with other economic sectors particularly strategic ones, and to create an attractive investment environment through a set of initiatives and incentives. These will develop and improve existing targeted industries and attract new ones with competitive capabilities.
